Andrew began his career in the early eighties in Asset Management and later co-founded Fox Asset Management. In 1992 Andrew founded the National Real Estate Practice of Alexander & Alexander Services (A&A) in New York one of the largest public global brokers. Upon the acquisition of A&A by Aon Corp, Andrew lead the Aon Real Estate Practice. Andrew left Aon at the invitation to head up Marsh & McLennan’s Real Estate Practice at their corporate headquarters in New York.

His insurance career has been spent creating solutions, programs and structures for the largest real estate portfolios on the globe including; Financial Institutions, REITS, Private Entities, Public Entities, Housing Authorities and Investment Funds. Andrew has been a frequent speaker and contributor to the insurance industry supporting initiatives for Real Estate risks.
