John lepire - President & CEO
Creator of the AssureLease™ Property Owner’s Deposit Insurance concept (patent pending). During Mr. Lepire’s 39 years in the insurance industry he has been responsible for the development of MedDefense - a medical staff disciplinary cost of defense program; General Star’s CAP Program a Medicare/Medicaid billing errors and omissions cover; ICIP - a national workers compensation program represented by major national steel erectors and the International Ironworkers Union; along with the formation of CAMIC Insurance Company (formed by the California Trial Lawyers Association), NAPI (formed by the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery) and United Physicians Insurance (endorsed by the MD/JD Branch of the AMA). In addition to creating unique and innovating insurance program concepts, Mr. Lepire has worked with numerous well known US and International insurance companies as a reinsurance broker.

Barry L. Schakle, JD/CPA - Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Schalkle is a frequent speaker for professional associations such as the Minnesota Society of CPA’s annual Tax Conference, Minnesota Bar Association and the Rotary International District Conference. and has written numerous articles on wealth optimization and transfer concepts and strategies. He is a charter member of the Legacy Leadership Forum, a nationally recognized group of professionals dedicated to helping clients make wise decisions regarding their Wealth and their Values. Mr. Schalkle has a 20+ year track record in complex and comprehensive financial planning services, such as: Estate Planning, Business Planning, Retirement Planning, Succession Planning, Executive Benefits, and Income Tax Planning.

William George - General Counsel & Secretary
During Mr. George’s 30+ years as an attorney encompasses most areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions law, securities law, civil litigation and complex appellate work. Mr. George is of Counsel to the Boston, Massachusetts law firm of Hare & Chaffin and a former Acting General Counsel for Honeywell, Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is also a past Co-Chairman of Litigation Management and Economics Committee Section of Litigation, American Bar Association and Vice-Chairman of MSBA Computer Law Section. Mr. George is a Magna Cum Laude, Order of the Coif and Member of the Law Review Graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and a Magna Cum Laude Graduate with a BA Degree from St. John’s University.
